Has your hockey season created bad habits? Our skills month is here to change those bad habits into good habits. We are offering 5 different class options for players Squirt/U10 level and up.
Find your skill set that you want to focus on, or take all 5 classes to enhances those good hockey habits.

Players will be put into small groups during classes.

Class #1 ~ Skating/Shooting Class
This unique program combines skating and shooting into one. The class will be split into 30 minutes of skating and 30 minutes of shooting. The last 10 minutes will focus on skating/shooting drills.

- Body Movement
- Transitions
- Starts
- Lateral Movement
Shooting Focus:
- Wrist Shot
- Backhand Shot
- Snap Shot
- Slap Shot (1/2 Slap Shot for Squirts)

Weezy has written the curriculum for the Skating Quickness Training Program (SQT Program). The SQT Program focuses on the techniques of the on-ice aspect. With the starts, change of direction, and explosion of power so important in today’s game style, players need to have a quick and powerful first couple of steps. This will give an end result of enhanced movement for athletic excellence.
